Overview:

DMG Investments seeks a motivated self-starter to join its team and to continue and expand its mission of designing and building uniquely crafted buildings nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of development, including: pre-development, entitlements, consultant
• coordination, third-party design and construction team oversight, leasing and sales;
• Support new development acquisitions, due diligence and project financing; Develop, update and manage project schedules and budgets;
• Assist in reviewing legal documentation and contracts for all aspects of development;
• Assist in preparing regular project updates to Investors;
• Work collaboratively with project team members to set, enforce and accomplish project goals;
• Communicate project challenges to team members; research and present solutions;
• Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts with consultants and contractors;
• Assist in reviewing construction plans, RFIs and submittals;
• Assist in managing agency approval and permitting process;
• Convene regular and ad-hoc meetings as required to meet project goals and solve challenges;
• Research and analyze any aspect of real estate development business in order to facilitate
• project or strategic decision making and present findings to senior management; and
• Maintain and enforce organization and communication across disciplines.

Qualifications:

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor s and/or Master s in Real Estate, Business
• Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or other related field;
• Strong interest in ground-up development;
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks within a tight time schedule;
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, written and oral communication skills;
• Strong work ethic and highly developed problem solving skills;
• Ability to think creatively and contribute to meeting project goals; and
• Enjoy working under time constraints and ability to excel under pressure.
